The Rolling Stones were scheduled to appear in New York.
Two students were talking about the concert.
"Are you going to the Stones concert?" asked one.

"What are you, NUTS!?" said the other. "My PARENTS are
going to be there!!!"<
What goes around comes around. I've mentioned this before, so excuse
me for repeating myself but I don't remember too many of these screen
names being around a few days ago, let alone a few years ago, : )
This is a true story.
About 40 - 45 years ago, (my grandfather told me this : )) Frank
Sinatra made a historical "comeback' if you will and topped all the
charts with I believe "Strangers In The Night" . To try to capitalize
on his success and jump start his daughters career, he did a duet with
her that also did very well entitled "Something Stupid" . Sinatra was
everywhere, and around that time so were the Rolling Stones . Like the
Beatles they had just come to America and followed their lead by doing
the "Ed Sullivan" show, etc ... and while in New York city, who should
be playing at the same time but none other than Sinatra himself.
Jagger, barely 20 years old at the time , was asked what he thought
about Sinatra and all the hoopla. He went on to say that he basically
thought it was disgusting that an old 50 year old man was up on stage
singing to teenagers.
How ironic that Jagger is now doing the very same thing at about 65 !
Again, what goes around comes around.
What were once vices are now habits ! : )
