Thanks, Tom. I need to buy new tires for the wife's car so this is good
information. There is no question that tires sitting for extended periods
in warehouses do deteriorate. But I never knew how to read the code for
date of manufacture. Doesn't it make you wonder, though, why those tires
have hung around so long in someone's inventory?
