What I drive--wink

I bought a new GMC Sierra and returned to the dealer the next day
Because
I Couldn't get the radio to work. The salesman explained that the radio
was
voice activated. "Nelson," the salesman said to the radio The radio
replied,
"Ricky or Willie?" "Willie!" he continued and "On The Road Again" came
from the speakers.
Then he said, "Ray Charles!", and in an instant "Georgia On My Mind"
replaced Willie Nelson. I drove away happy, and for the next few days,
every time I'd say, "Beethoven," I'd get beautiful classical music, and
if I Said,"Beatles," I'd Get one of their awesome songs. Yesterday, a
couple ran a red light and nearly creamed my new Truck, but I swerved
in time to avoid them. I yelled, "Ass Holes!" Immediately the Iranian
National Anthem began to play, sung by Jane Fonda and Barbara
Streisand, backed up by Michael Moore And The Dixie Chicks, with
John Kerry on guitar, Al Gore on drums, Dan Rather on harmonica,
Nancy Pelosi on Tambourine, Harry Reid on spoons, Bill Clinton on
sax and Ted Kennedy On Scotch.
Damn, I LOVE=A0this truck!

I have to admit that after almost 40 years of helping to keep the
economy going by continuing to buy American SHIT boxes, I finally
smartened up and bought a Toyota.

I think I can safely say that I will NEVER buy another American made
truck/car again.

I don't need some nitwit politician telling me what's wrong with this
Country, I've got the repair bills to prove it. : )

I've been very happy with my '77 GMC Sierra15 4WD pickup. Great for
camping! Got 240,000 on the first engine and now have about 50,000 on
the second. 'Course the gas mileage ain't too good at 13-14mpg. Without
my optional dual tanks I'd be pretty limited as to how far out in the
boonies I could go.

Got a '93 Dodge caravan for my local driving -- 280,000 on it now. --

I've got a 1991 Ford Ranger (Mazda) with the 4.0L V-6 in it, that's got
340,000 miles on it, and the valve covers have never been off of that
engine. The valve cover bolts have yet to be broken loose.

Regular oil-changes and scheduled maintenance along with Valvoline
Max-Life oil.

Pretty good testament for a truck that's lived the first half of it's
life (1991 ~ 2000) in Houston, TX and the 2nd half (2000 to present) on
the road from Denver, CO to Brownsville, TX, across Canada from Detroit
to Maine, and down the Eastern Seaboard line and all Eastern US states
in between.

NO DOWNTIME

Johnny Cash, Wednesday car Lyrics

If you're gonna boy yourself a new car
You just better hope you're lucky enough to get one made on Wednesday
[ piano ]
On Thursday the weekend is in sight
And they're in a hurry and they don't do nothing right
Friday is the worst day of the week that's the day they make lemons dogs
and freaks
If your car was made on Friday friend you'll soon be in the creek
Cause it's payday and the loafin' has begun
Lord them Friday cars just hope you don't get one
Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday
Are all bad days and the only try day is Wednesday
And my car was made on Wednesday on Wednesday
If your car wasn't made on Wednesday I'd advise you not to even leave
home anyway

Toyota Tundra Trucks are made in San Antonio, Texas.

Saturn cars are made in Tennessee.

Honda, Nissan, Toyota all have automobile assembly plants here in the
United States.

But, I've come to expect such a statement from most webtv users.
Those would be the ones not smart enough to run a PC

It's not just the politicians telling me what to do that burns my ass.
There's a whole bunch of them. Tim Wilson put it into words, I
couldn't have said it any better!! And he did it in a country song.

LOL !!!!!!!!! Yeah somebody sent that to me a couple of weeks ago. I'm
assuming you're talking about that song where he's sick of F'n Oprah,
Dr Phil, etc ...

Actually I stumbled upon his song " I Married A Woman That Talks Like
Jerry Reed" years ago before Kazaa became illegal. : ) Naturally Jerry
Reed duets as himself, and it's hilarious.

Check it out if you get a chance. As you can tell it's just another
romantic Country ballad, : ) where a couple of star - crossed lovers
and a candlelit dinner invitation turns into a request to take him/her
out to a "choke and puke" and "stick some groceries down my neck " .

Forget the diamond ring this Christmas, and the "How To Pick - Up And
Impress Women" video, if you really want to score BIG - TIME , pick
up "I Married A Woman That Talks Like Jerry Reed" today, and give it
to that someone special. : ) .

Maybe someone can post the entire lyrics, and save me the trouble of
listening to the entire song and writing them down.

Besides, I always tear up whenever I listen to it. : )

My ol' truck, you can actually climb in there and stand beside the
engine, these new vehicles nowadays you can't shine a flashlight
thru the motor to the ground.
